DESCRIPTION  

This extraordinarily rare, gigantic, 8-winged helicopter damselfly inhabits the ethereal forests at the ends of the earth. When threatened, it quickly flaps its enormous wings in alternating motions to create a bright, golden flash to startle its predators. Part gold, part insect and considered immensely auspicious when encountered.*
